Why I made my own:
I was tormented by very Bad Acne since I was quite young…
Doctors were unable to heal me. Back then, I had no idea the highly palatable, nutrient deficient “foods” I was eating were the #1 factor in most of my acne, pain, discomfort and illness… and once I learned this critical information it was hard to accept, and change, but I did it… trust me, anyone can do it!
Will Power to take control of my own health fueled my change, which took YEARS! One change at a time makes it possible and sustainable.
In 2010-ish, I discovered food was a major contributing factor & I started learning about gut health. Mind blowing, really…
I began that path, and changed a lot about what I consumed, even started growing my own foods… that helped, but didn’t solve it all…
I was searching for healthy things to put on my skin, and guess what!?? I couldn’t find any non-toxic skin care products that met my skins demands…
SO, I made my own… Learned to make bar soap, and cremes with organic, healthy food grade ingredients.
I shared some along the way… collected feedback, and continued re-formulating, and testing and sending out samples to a wider a wider group – y’all know who you are! Thank you all for the support on this skin healing journey 🙂

Eating a diet free of processed foods, processed sugars, US wheat &, heated oils has helped me heal tremendously, too. We are what we eat! And your skin is eating anything you put on it. Preservatives and water have no place in skin care!
Preparing skin to absorb nutrients deeply and aid healing power! All you need is a drop applied before the balm. It rubs in like a matte finish, not sticky(unless you use too much, a little goes a long way)
